This panel will bring together diverse food system actors to discuss how collaboration across various sectors and scales of the food system is the key ingredient for its transformation towards sustainability.
Representatives from academia, the food-startup community as well as from the more mainstream food industry will reflect on how various formats of collaboration produce benefits for the involved parties but, furthermore, become an imperative for the fundamental transformation and innovation of our dysfunctional contemporary food systems.
Our panelists will not only offer potential collaborative pathways and innovative practices but will also highlight the many challenges sustainable food system actors are facing.
