All-Day: HOIV registered ViennaUP participants will have a chance to sit down, relax and enjoy the space work within HOIV ViennaUp Workspace.

Afternoon: The Innovation Showcase 
From lunchtime, continuing from our morning HOIV Founder Huddle session, the focus is on exploration and interaction, transforming our hub into a living showcase:

Program:

• Interactive Tech & Art: We will feature hands-on VR and 3D Lab experiences including our VR racing challenge finale that allow guests to engage directly with emerging technologies.
• Live Creativity: The centerpiece will be an interactive audio-visual art exhibition, featuring live painting and digital art creation, making the creative process a visible and engaging part of the event.
• High-Impact Panels: The afternoon will host focused discussions on critical topics, including an Investor Panel on current market trends and an "Art Meets Business" Panel exploring investment from family offices and new business models for the creative industries.
• Build It or Kill it session: Founders present a product idea or strategic direction to a live panel of experts for immediate evaluation. Through structured discussion and expert feedback, each concept is assessed to determine whether it should be built further or refined.
• Open House & Hub Tours: Attendees can tour our facilities, meet resident startups and artists in their studios, and network in our expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, complete with food trucks and a chill-out atmosphere.

Evening: The HOIV Fusion Finale Instead of a traditional closing panel, the evening will transition into a high-concept art and networking event. This allows us to end the day with an experience true to our mission, bringing investors, founders, and creatives together in a relaxed, culturally rich setting for meaningful conversations, accompanied by music from our in-house DJs and a vernissage featuring art pieces from our HOIV artists.
