This workshop provides a practical guide for founders and startups, covering everything you need to know before, during, and after starting your business with a trade license . Topics include:

-Before founding: choosing the right legal form, understanding types of trades (free vs. regulated), planning finances, and exploring funding opportunities (e.g., NeuFöG)

-During founding: registering your trade license in Vienna, entering the commercial register, and setting up commercial social insurance

-After founding: understanding taxes, managing ongoing compliance, and navigating social insurance (including part-time self-employment)
